Awards & Winners' Showcase
You have traveled far, you
have worked hard for this moment.
Take it.
Winners will be invited to perform one piece selected by the adjudicators from the entrant's submitted repertoire. The selection of the Winners will be based solely on the judges' adjudication of the video recordings submitted for entry.
Various winners may be chosen in each of the repertoire category and in each age group.
Special awards, such as cash prizes, scholarships or medals, may be bestowed without prior announcement, based on the recommendation and at the sole discretion of the adjudicating panel at the time of adjudication. The Winner shall be responsible for any applicable federal, provincial, state and local taxes and customs fees for prizes or awards.
The Awards & Winners' Showcase for winners of the 2021,2022 and 2023 competition is to be held at:
Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall

At the discretion of the Festival committee, other Showcase dates and Venues may be announced to the Winners based on the Competition results.
The awards granted to Winners will include the following:
- First Place
- Second Place
- Third Place
Winners' Certificates, awards and recognition will be given only to the performing winners who stay until the end of the Showcase recital. No certificates or special awards will be mailed.
Winners who choose not to perform at the Awards & Winners' Showcase for any reason shall be disqualified and shall forfeit any award, certificate, or recognition deemed by the Society as worthy to bestow. Winners are also not allowed to perform at the Showcase if the payment and required forms are not sent to the Society by the postmark deadline (refer to Phase Two in the application and payment process for payment and deadline).
Winners must perform the selection listed on their entry form, and do so in the manner demonstrated in the original submission.
Winners shall perform at the Venue on the date set by the Society.
Participants chosen to perform in our Awards & Winners' Showcase will be awarded with Certificates of Achievement and five complimentary tickets to the showcase. All winners are assessed a Showcase Fee and are responsible for their own travel expenses. The winner must inform the Society of the ability to attend the Awards & Winners' Showcase and submit all mandatory fees and forms (please refer to Phase Two in the application and payment process).
Decisions in any and all matters of adjudication, including the choice of award recipients, are final and cannot be appealed.
In the event of bestowing awards, certificates, or any such recognitions of participation and achievement at the Showcase, all recipients shall be required to complete and fill out and sign an acceptance form, including contact information.
Detailed Awards & Winners' Showcase Guidelines will be sent to the winners via email or mail with the notification of their award (Winners' Notification Package). It will also include the payment details and deadlines for performing at the Awards & Winners' Showcase.
